We are strictly an internet/mail-order business and use PAYPAL™ for all purchase transactions. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 4 PM to 8 PM, and our customer support team checks email daily for purchases or questions and normally responds within 24 hours.

We use United States Postal Service shipping rates, and for purchases of $100.00 or more there is free shipping and handling. All paid purchases are shipped within 3-4 business days. For large quantity orders please allow for an additional 2 to 3 days before the items are shipped.
